Perfect Match by Biagio Fasano (B. Magic)

This is a semi-automatic card effect, in which a spectator cuts the deck, shuffled by the magician, and begins to turn the cards over one by one, stopping when he wants. From that point on, the first two cards can indicate the value and suit (or vice versa, at his discretion) of a completely random card. Taking the deck back, and showing that it is neither at the top nor at the bottom, alternately eliminating pairs of cards with a special Australian Count, the magician will find himself with a single card in his hands, which will magically be the chosen one! Two different methods are explained.

– The deck can be shown, both before and after the performance.

– The spectator cuts the deck and begins turning the cards over, stopping whenever he wishes.

– The magician does not need to manipulate the deck in any way.

– The effect is practically self-working.

– There are no duplicates of any cards.
