Alex Linian takes the stage this month to share some of his incredible card magic. Originally from Peru, Alex’s journey with Vanishing Inc. began all the way back in 2009 with his handling of the One-Hand Top Palm. In the years since, his reputation has gone global, earning him a spot on Penn & Teller: Fool Us, becoming a house magician at the prestigious Chicago Magic Lounge, and even having magic he created used by David Blaine.

Over the next month, Alex is sharing some of his favorite card routines, many of which have never been published before. When Alex shared some of this material at Magifest 2026, the crowd loved it, and we think you will too! 🔥

Prisma
This is like the Chicago Opener, but way better! Two or three spectators choose a card and name ANY color. When Alex goes through the deck, the cards they chose have a back design of the color they named!

Focus
When you focus on one thing so much, everything else seems tiny by comparison. Two cards are selected, and when the participants focus on their selections, the rest of the deck shrinks. One card is divined, but for the other, the rest of the deck visually grows to normal size, leaving the second selection as tiny.

Blip
A photo is taken at the beginning as evidence of what will happen. Yet what happens doesn’t match the photo that was taken… or does it? It’s the Princess Card Trick meets Double Exposure. What’s not to love?
