Alain Bellon – Obsidian Oblique

This privately published leather bound, signed and numbered book (yes it is a book – not a stapled together booklet) was released a couple of months ago in a limited run of 100. You read right, just 100 copies. Alain has made it clear that it is unlikely he will republish Obsidian Oblique again in the near future. Alain Bellon is unusual in the community. I would hesitate to call him a mentalist – he’s Alain and he he’s riding a wave almost alone with his progressive ideas and theories.

They sold out in seconds, most of them before it was released. Those who bought knew they were getting something special. And they were not disappointed. They received a fully illustrated book detailing every part of the technique and a Video CD showing its use in performance.
